MEET OUR COUNSELOR
Rachael Patterson, LIMPH, LCSW, SAP
Rachael earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. She is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider, Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She has worked in the behavioral health field since 2006 and has worked as a licensed counselor since 2011.
Rachael specializes in working with adults. Previous experience includes working in inpatient mental health, residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment programs and as an EAP manager for railroads. Rachael uses a strengths-based, solution focused approach when working with clients. Her goal is to provide a safe space for those seeking to learn more about themselves, identify where they want to change and progress and heal generational trauma. She uses a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
Rachael is a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and able to provide FRA/DOT evaluations for employees who have had workplace drug/alcohol violations.
Outside of work Rachael enjoys college football, go Utes and Huskers!!! Volunteering in the community, puzzles and game nights with friends.
