Mary earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. Mary is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider and Clinical Social Worker. She is licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa and has been in the field for over thirty years. Mary has experience working with adults, children, families, and couples, but primarily works with adults and couples at this time. She uses a strengths-based, client-centered approach, helping individuals and couples to find the answers that will help them to move forward and find their full potential in life. She assists people in finding effective coping strategies, building resilience, and empowering them to make their own decisions in life. Mary employs a variety of therapeutic approaches designed to meet each individual or couple’s needs. Her goal is to help each person feel stronger about their own ability to handle the challenges life brings not only while in therapy, but for years to come.
