Kathie McGill, LIMHP, NCC
“I welcome you with interest and respect, eager to learn from you, and work together as we address your concerns. I have over 20 years of counseling experience, working with individuals of all ages, diverse backgrounds, and various abilities. Having trained at the Center for Loss and Life Transition, I am dedicated to supporting grieving individuals. I utilize EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused counseling.”
In addition to grief/loss, Kathie’s specialty areas include: ptsd/trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, and parenting.
Kathie received her master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Additionally, she is a Certified Instructor of Youth Mental Health First Aid, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and an Independent Facilitator of Love & Logic Parenting.
