Jeff is a licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP) and certified master social worker (CMSW).

Jeff has worked in behavioral health for nearly 30 years. Jeff sees individuals (18 years and older). His areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, serious mental illness and couples. Jeff also enjoys providing therapy and support to behavioral health professionals and other therapists. In addition, he is a resource for family members and other caregivers of people with serious mental illness. He enjoys second half of life questions and exploring ways mindfulness improves mental health.

Jeff has been married for over 30 years and has 3 children.
