She implements cognitive behavioral therapies to identify and alter negative thoughts that may influence our thinking and behaviors. She also practices techniques from solution-focused and mindfulness to help her clients reach their full potential. Claire has experience working with areas including, but not limited to: Anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, stress, family conflict, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, and grief/loss. She has a passion for working with children, teens, and young adults. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients achieve their own independence, and to gain skills that help them cope with current and future issues.
