Mary has a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has been practicing for over twenty years. She is trained in a variety of therapies, including Cognitive, Brief, Family Systems and Critical Incident Response. She enjoys working with individuals, couples and families, helping them to find the strength within themselves to make true changes they are looking for in their lives. Mary’s approach is strengths based, focusing on resiliency and short term problem solving techniques. She has experience in the areas of problem solving, crisis counseling, decision making, depression, grief and loss and relationships, and enjoys meeting with and helping all kinds of people. Mary provides services onsite for contracted companies and their employees.
