Working with children has always been my calling. I first achieved my dream of working with children as a middle school teacher, then school counselor, and now at Arbor Family. I believe that trust, compassion, and empathy are the key components to creating a safe and sharing environment. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. My therapies include cognitive behavior, solution-focused, and mindfulness. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, school related issues, and blended family concerns.
